Every September, food banks across the nation rally around the fight against hunger.

Hunger Action Month is an opportunity

for you to get involved and make a

difference in the fight against hunger.

Here are ways you can help:

  1. 1.Host a food drive at your next gathering (family picnic, tailgating group, neighborhood party). Ask for guests to donate items to our food bank.

  1. 2.Volunteer! Ask friends, relatives, neighbors to join the wonderful group of volunteers at LCFB!

  1. 3.Donate money to LCFB! Save your change in a jar marked for the food bank. Keep a touchdown can ~ for each touchdown your favorite team scores, put in $1.00. At the end of the season, donate to our food bank.

  1. 4.Contact a familiar organization about having a food drive. this could be a business, church, school, etc.
